Biography

Mr. Baxter is coauthor of the Handbook of the New American Workforce, contributing author to Longevity Rules, a public speaker on cutting-edge research findings and he is frequently interviewed by the media for his knowledge and opinions on population aging and its implications.

Prior to joining Age Wave, Mr. Baxter was an intelligence officer at the Central Intelligence Agency, where he orchestrated intelligence collection efforts and briefed key decision makers in the Commerce, Treasury, and State Departments on strategic developments in overseas markets and industries.
